Lou is in charge of overseeing learning and development opportunities across the entire Verizon organization, including leadership development, product training, CS and sales skill training (for both consumer and business channels), HR/compliance training, IT technical training, tuition reimbursement, and L&D operations monitoring and analytics. Lou oversees a virtual staff of more than 900 learning specialists from all over the world.
